I ordered 4 dresses from Asos on Novermber 9 ,2 weeks ago and have been waiting for my shipment and it never came. I get an email yesterday morning on November 18,2013 saying that my shipment had been recieved and my refund processed. I was confused because I didnt authorize any returns nor did I ever get my shipmeent. I contacted Asos and the customer service person said they would look into it and see what happened with the carrier. I still dont have that answer and then offered me ten dollars off . That doesnt rectify the situation because its not about the money off, I want my merchandise that I purchased.Then they said the only thing I could was order it over and half the dresses are not on the website anymore so I couldnt even reorder if I wanted to. They needed to offer faster shipping for me since there was a mistake on their end . No one is taking responsibility for this mix up and its very annoying. Then Asos has no toll free phone number so you cant even call them to speak to anyone. Asos is horrible and I wont ever use them again. Customers dont have time for mix ups with stuff they order offline. You need to do better Asos because you caused me stress.
