i accidentally ordered some shoes from asos (such a stupid accident i know i know)so around $183 was taken out of my account, i received the email of the confirmation of payment and immediately no more then 10 minutes after getting the confirmation email i canceled the order. I received the cancellation email as well where it states refunds take up to 5 - 10 days. So far so good, but then i got another email saying that my order was not processed because of issues with the payment. All i need to know is if i will get a refund or not? i tried contacting customer service with an email but it seems they only have automated responses...its been a couple of hours since the mix up and i just need to know how long they take to process refunds?!?!?!
