“REFUND STILL NOT GIVEN DESPITE THEIR MISTAKE”

DO NOT USE THESE COMPANY. ORDERING WAS A HASSLE...KEPT FREEZING, GETTING LOGGED OUT, COMPLETE MESS. FINALLY PLACED ORDER FOR JACKET AND PANTS. RECEIVED TWO JACKETS. CONTACTED COMPANY WHO CLAIMS YOU RECEIVE THE REPLACEMENT ITEM WITHIN 24 HOURS. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE REPLACEMENT IN 24 HOURS...MORE LIKE 4 DAYS. WHEN THEY SEND TRACKING SAYING IT WOULD COME IN 4 DAYS I SAID DO NOT SEND IT - JUST REFUND THE MONEY. THEY SENT ANYWAY. WHEN THE REPLACEMENT SHOWED UP IT WAS ANOTHER JACKET...NOT THE PANTS. I RETURNED THE ITEMS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY OF MY MONEY BACK. OH AND AFTER THE ORIGINAL MIX UP THEY OFFERED ME 10% OFF...TEN PERCENT!!! WORST COMPANY EVER. WORST SERVICE. NOT ORGANIZED. DO NOT USE!
