I've been shopping with asos for a couple of years and have never had a problem with them. Orders were always shipped within 24 hours, with tracking numbers. Delivery was swift to my address in the USA, especially since I signed up for their new vip program. Customer service always responded to questions within 48 hours. The site frequently issues discount codes, so I rarely pay full price for anything. Regarding the clothing quality, no complaints there either. I have several pieces that really look like the designers put a lot of thought into them. In the few instances where an item did not meet my expectations, making returns was easy, and they refunded my money within days of receiving my return. Definitely one of the best places to shop online, and I'm puzzled by all the negative reviews here.
