I received a discount code as a gift. I've ordered a few items, but a coat didn't fit me at all. I have returned it within a week, but they have not given me a chance to pick up another one. They are either refusing to credit my ASOS account, even if I wasn't aware, that they do not accept returns!
If you use the discount code DO NOT RETURN ANY UNSUITABLE ITEM. JUST GIVE IT TO CHARITY SHOP, THEY WILL MAKE A BETTER USE OF IT!

After another conversation: there is nothing they can do about it. They just going to sell "my" coat again :(
Be aware, that ASOS products are NON RETURNABLE!
