I love love love ASOS.
I have been ordering from them for a while and take full advantage of their free return shipping. This time I placed a MASSIVE order knowing full well that I would have to try a lot on and some of it wouldn't work. Well I shipped back about 75% of it. and of course, this being my most expensive return yet, a month went by and hadn't heard that they received my package. I tried several times to contact them via email but had no luck. Finally went a little "crazy customer" on them via twitter and had a response within a few hours. IN UNDER 24 HOURS. THEY GAVE ME A FULL REFUND FOR ALL THAT I RETURNED, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
how many companies you order from would do that?
This was a major return too.
Seriously blown away by their service. Kind of in shock, even.
one note though:
I'm kinda traumatized from this event. Even though there was a solution I'm going to ship any returns I have via UPS and use tracking. Meaning they won't be free. and will probably be a bit pricey. I will just be sure I really like what I order.
