I ordered items two months ago and the tracking link has shown me that my package has gone all over the U.S. North east to the south, to the midwest, back to the south, back to the north east, back to the midwest. I have contacted the postal service seven times (as instructed by ASOS), and they cannot figure out what the sender has done or why the package cannot be returned to sender.

I have begged ASOS for customer service on this, asking for an update on why my package is going all over the place. They assume no responsibility and put it in the hands of the USPS.

So now I have no items, no refund, and overall, my first purchasing experience from ASOS has proven to be the last.
