I used ASOS about 2 years ago and they were amazing in customer service back then. From looking at these reviews it seems like perhaps the quality has gone down since 2011, but I remember in April 2011 I ordered a dress that I didn't receive, so I emailed them. They replied within a few hours and credited me the full amount on my credit card. I was blown away by their customer service. It looks like they are growing extremely rapidly so maybe they are having trouble keeping up.
