Okay you guys, I've been shopping at ASOS for a few months already because their range of clothes is awesome. Recently one of my packages was completely destroyed due to the carelessness of USPS throwing my package over my fence for the dogs to feast on. I was having a hell of a time with my local Post Office about getting my money back... it's a whole lengthy process. I ended up contacting ASOS about the issue and even though none of damage was their fault they ended up sending me a replacement package AND refunding me what items were out of stock PLUS a coupon code. This is absolutely incredible. They are a great company and honestly you can't go wrong with them.
