“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE”

I placed an order of over $200 and never received it. I contacted their customer service immediately and have received no response. I placed the order 3 weeks ago and I contacted them a week ago and have received NOTHING in response, not even an email saying they are working on it. This is NOT a reputable company they are clearly keeping money from people. I have seen many other reviews like this. I have shopped at ASOS for years and have never had a bad experience, but don't wait for something like this to happen to you. I just wasted $200 and they are not even respectful enough to answer my emails. They don't care about their customers, worst experience EVER. I don't know if I will ever receive my money or the items that I ordered. I feel robbed
