I order two items from them and loved the items. Thought this was going to be one of my favorite online stores. Shopped again and instead of using my Paypal account I used my bank card. It was declined, I didn't know I had to give my bank the heads up prior to making an international purchase. So, no worries I thought after talking to my bank they advised me to stick with using PayPal for international . For two days and hours on top of hours I battled with ASOS and PayPal trying to make purchases that wouldn't process. I emailed this company several times. It takes them hours to reply and when they do I am convinced theses are robots that are replying to the email. They have no clue of what is going on and just could not help me get a successful order through. PayPal tried contacting them on my behalf and experience the same thing. The people who are answering these emails are either ignorant or they are robots. It was so frustrating. I even changed my email account on their site hoping this will work, still unable to to make a successful purchase. This is the worst customer service. Be very careful of this company. It's sad that you can't speak to someone directly and it's design that way for a reason. The email replays I was getting back were very general replys. Stay away if you don't want to be frustrated. If you have problems with payments , chances are you will be punished and won't be able to make anymore purchases. And ASOS do not have the skills to help you resolve this problem.

Oh dear - this isn't what we like to hear at all.
I'm really sorry to hear you're having some really hiccups placing an order with us or getting through to anyone.
If you're having trouble getting in touch by email, have you tried out Twitter @ASOS_HeretoHelp or Facebook page ASOS. We've got a one hour response time - so we'll aim to get back to you soon as possible.
Sounds like we need to ask you for some more deets about these problems, it may be something we need to get PayPal or our IT department to take a peek into for you.
If you pop any details over on Twitter or Facebook, I'll be happy to grab this for you.
