Terrible customer service. They don't even read the emails - sent my items TWICE to a wrong place. I placed the order on May 30th. Today is JULY 29th, I am STILL waiting for my package, because they got the address wrong TWICE, and then the delivery is by a boat, so you have to wait about 20 days.
First package got lost - the tracking showed it was bouncing between two cities mid-way for a week (!), the second package went to a wrong address, because they screwed up AGAIN!!!
Customer Service is VERY VERY BAD, the way it is set up - the case # was assigned, but I got replies all from 4 different clerks, who didn't communicate with each other.
What a disaster! Never again. Bad for their business.
Each missing package had merchandise worth $350!!!
