I live and work in Tanzania so I often use Asos and in a year with approx 12 items ordered, I have had only one dress that came that I didnt like. Postage to here from the UK is less than 3 weeks and there are many great bargains in the 70% reduced section. I have not had to use returns or customer service so cannot comment on this. My favorite part of the website is the video of the model wearing the clothes, this is a big help in deciding if the how the clothes look in real life.

If you ever have a customer service need you will change your review . The customer service department is the worst ever. Soon enough this will begin to affect their business
