“nice clothes but terrible service”

I have ordered several times without problems. Most of the clothes are nice. 2 1/2 weeks ago I ordered and paid over €360. With some delay I got 1 package with half of the ordered pieces. Asos told me there had to be 2 packages and asked me to wait 5 workingdays. After 5 days I got back to them, expecting they would do something about it but they recommanded I should ask around in the neighbourhood. Maybe somebody got the missing package! No sign of any activiy from Asos. Last week I mailed again and last saturday they replied they would contact their carrier. Today I mailed again and again the same reaction: we will contact our carrier.They don't respond to my question to send me the missing pieces, I paid for nor to my question to return my money. Despite the nice clothes and affordable prices: never Asos for me again.

ASOS ASOS ASOS.....its been three weeks now and i''ve not gotten my goods. Had to google "mail services that ASOS uses in Nigeria..and unfortunately, this site came up and every complaint on this site is so similar to my own. My only worry is that i have spent my money on goods i will never see. Please look into this for me..Thanks
