I ordered maternity clothes from ASOS online totalling $258.00. I put in my PO box address as my delivery address because I live remote and we do not have street delivery. I also opted for express shippimg because living so remote means goods can take 4-5 weeks to arrive. I received an email saying my goods were on the way and two days later receive an email from the courier company saying they don't deliver to PO boxes. So I gave them my residential address which I was told by the courier company would be passed onto ASOS for their approval. I received an email from ASOS two days later saying they could not deliver to an alternative address, they would have to wait for the parcel to come back from the courier which could take up to 10 working days before processing my refund. I have been in contact with their customer service asking why I was not prompted to change my delivery address after having chosen express shipping, asking why this was not picked up prior to the package leaving ASOS and why I was contacted by a courier company asking to change my address (instead of ASOS). None of my questions have been answered instead all I get is 'we are chasing up your parcels with the courier company'. I have informed them that I want my money back by the end of the week so we'll see what happens although I am not holding my breath. There is NO WAY I would recommend ASOS to friends or family and no way that I will ever shop with them again. I am so disappointed with their lack of customer service.
