Ordered a bag from ASOS for next day delivered and received wrong item. Emailed ASOS customer service to request a correct one to be delivered to me. Got email confirmed stating that the replacement is issued and should be with me in two days. Then nothing received in two days. Emailed three more time again to request but then told the replacement is delivered and signed by the concierge, which wasn't. I was finally told by ASOS that there is no replacement!! Awful service and customer service are not helpful at all.
