Asos customer service is terrible. I have now written them so many emails trying to get the money back for a pair of trousers they sent me in the wrong size. I only get standard answers. They simply don't reply to my questions. I have now given up on getting the full amount back. Asos customer policy seems to be that they will gladly keep their customers money evn if they send you a wrong item and you return it to them. I can only advice anyone to not buy anything from Asos ever.
