Good for anyone who has had great and memorable experiences with asos; for me its been a nightmare! I'm still waiting to know the status of my delivery after 54 days. Now they insist on sending replacement if reported missing; to be honest I just want a full refund and peace.
I'm frustrated and exhausted! I have stopped sending emails to the "care" team....not useful, almost automated and all I get are repeated responses.
All the best to those who have been lucky but I'd never recommend asos to anyone.
