12 working days later still NO package. I have ordered from Asos in the past and received my order in about a week (7 USPS working days).

Unfortunately, that is not the case with my current order. It had left New York on August 24th and it is now September 5th and still NO PACKAGE. I have contacted Asos, only thru email since that is the only option, but was told that there was delay since my package had to travel a long distance to Hawaii.

To put things into perspective: I had ordered a textbook that shipped from Rhode Island on August 23rd and I received it yesterday, September 4th. This package is twice the size and weight of my Asos package, it even went through ground shipping and it still beat Asos.

ASOS NEVER again...especially since my card charged me a foreign fee for doing business with them.
