I ordered shoes, Swedish Hasbeens. I've been waiting a few weeks and no shoes have arrived. I emailed customer service twice before getting a reply. The reply stated that I should wait til a certain date and then if the shoes still hadn't arrived, I should contact them. No shoes. I contacted Asos and got a pretty quick response saying that they had shipped out another pair free of charge and they would get to me in a couple of weeks. Asos should have shipped the replacements by priority post. I should have ordered from another site. Now I will have waited over a month before receiving my order, if indeed I do receive it. If you can find what you want somewhere else, do it. Or, upgrade to a delivery method with a tracking number -- that might help. But for a customer service response to take more than a day is a problem when sites now have instant chat, 24 hour assistance and very quick turnaround times. I can't order the shoes from another site until I'm sure these are a wash. By then, the summer will be half over. And all this before I even try on the shoes and know if they fit or if I like them in real life. So disappointed with Asos and I won't be back.

I find it very disappointing to hear you query has not been dealt with by my colleagues and I would like to look into this further for you to make sure your issue is resolved.
I am sorry if you feel we are evasive when it comes to delayed shipments if you order does not have tracking provided by the courier on occasions we have to ask you to a few extra working days to cater for any unexpected delays which we could not foresee, we would love be able to provide tracking on all our ASOS parcels and we are always looking at ways to improve this.
