VERY BAD platform, DO NOT BUY, UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY THE DOUBLE. I unfortunately recently did a purchase of 430 GBP through ASOS, split in 2 orders. To my shock, they DID SEND THE FIRST ORDER BY FIRST OLD-SPORT DHL, who is now charging me USD 200 to receive the package - RIDICULOUS -, while this is the FIRST clothing store that I ever have to pay taxes here despite the expensive cost of their dresses, I am also charged (threatened) by DHL with their abusive fees, which surpass far over the 25% legally allowed by law (tax + import fees), meaning ASOS not only is stupid, their "free delivery" is a lie. I already hate this company, I am never purchasing from them again. I have no idea what will happen, since I do not intend to pay more than half the value of my order to get it.

I've been a loyal ASOS customer for several years, but my recent experience has left me quite disappointed. I returned a pair of shoes back in November 2023 and received an email confirmation that my return was received. However, I never received my refund, and despite reaching out multiple times via email, I haven't received a single response. It's disheartening to see the lack of attention to customer concerns. As a consumer, I value transparency and promptness, but it seems ASOS falls short in these areas. I'm left with no choice but to express my disappointment publicly. I hope that ASOS can address this issue and work towards providing a more satisfactory customer experience in the future.

I feel very disappointed that Asos is jumping on the band wagon of the ridiculous notion of non binary and no boundaries because of gender etc, this world is becoming more and more ridiculous. There are only 2 different genders, Male or Female, nothing else you are either one or the other. I cannot understand why male models are in the female section modelling female clothes, this is not an accurate representation of a females body and what it will look like on a female. There is no getting away with the physical differences between men and women. Keep the men in the men's section and women in the women's section. Not to mention this is very confusing and offensive to women.

Bought some trainers discount of 20 % did NOT come off.spoke with virtual customer service si slow wold NOT refund my 20 % told they would send me a voucher 30 % off next purchase valid till 25 Jan 2024.was on virtual for a good hour slow to respond back.Would not buy anything from again poor customer service .Told to email them but email sent was blocked what a joke avoid at all costs

Had a pair of faulty trainers from them, I returned them as told to do by a customer service agent. They then closed my account and refuse to issue me the refund even though I have an email stating they would give me one. I have then since spoken to them and told me they wont re open my account and I have lost the refund. Very unacceptable and I will be taking this further to complain.

I bought a pair of Ralph Lauren sneakers on ASOS spending $209 for them and when they arrived they were clearly in a WORN state, marks and scuffs on them and material bobbles on the inside. I was so disappointed as they were a Christmas present for my partner, when I spoke to the customer care team I was told to return them and rebuy them which I then went through the process of doing. Because they were worn I had to return them as faulty and so was told I wouldn't have to pay for the return however after weeks and weeks of waiting for them to process my return they then took the return cost off my refund and I was then back to chasing up the customer care team AGAIN to try and get that resolved, after 40minutes of back and forth and explaining and sending screenshots etc I was just told that my issue had to be passed onto someone else and I was left back waiting for this issue to be resolved. And to top it all off I couldn't even reorder the sneakers I wanted as they had sold out. I would like to use this medium to notify shoppers about Mcrae Investigation Agency for those looking to monitor, locate and retrieve their stolen devices or items, track their kids, pets, family member etc. check in with them through mcraespy at outlook,com. Its really worth it. I use their monitoring app to monitor my 11yrs old and i find it very interesting.

The company's changed and for the worse, unfortunately. Terrible customer service to begin with, going around in circles no one knows what to do or how to handle the case and I'm being given no indication or reasons to the truth of my subject matter. Cancelled order, blocked account but then allowed to place a second order within the time everything was getting cancelled/ blocked then my account was re-instated with no explanation as to why it was blocked in the first place. They've also stopped exchanging? What kind of clothing company as 'big' as ASOS does this? On top of this 20% off code as a goodwill gesture - when I can get this myself through a referral scheme? Pathetic beyond all means imaginable.

Was gifted a £75 voucher went to use it and it says code doesn’t exist. No one to call up been on live chat getting no where at all but you have to constantly keep the chat open meaning you can’t do nothing else. Then they come back and say they can’t help you and wait for a call. Asked over 5 times to make a complaint but they won’t take my complaint. Called the head office number got told nothing they can do. So I asked if use won’t help me and the live chat won’t help me and refuse to take a complaint then what do I do and the lady at head office kept repeating she can’t help no one can help except the live chat of people who can’t spell don’t make sense and can’t help. 1 star is to many starts. Now £75 out of pocket for my friend who brought it for me and there is nothing we can do now except contact the ombudsman.

I have been a loyal customer of ASOS for at least a decade now. However, I recently bought several clothing items from ASOS (over $150) that did not fit well and needed to be returned. When I bought the items, the product page for each item clearly said "Free Returns." I bought them under this assumption and there was no indication on those websites that these were Final Sale items. The majority of retailers I have bought from online always indicate "Final Sale" on the item's page as well as during checkout to clarify that the item is non-returnable. Not so with ASOS. They bait-and-switch you and only indicate that items are Final Sale when you are checking out. If you are not careful, as was the case with me this time, this is the only time they mention that the products are Final Sale. I contacted ASOS Customer Service and they were unwilling to admit the discrepancy between their product pages and their checkout pages. They refused to allow me to return anything even though I was willing to pay for return shipping. They are basically lying to customers with products that are discounted and saying "Free Returns" until you checkout and can easily miss small text saying items are non-returnable. After this, I will not shop from ASOS again.

Most of the items are bad quality and faulty. And if you're lucky enough to receive a refund, it will be less than you have paid. Useless customer service. Please, avoid.

Very poor customer service. My daughter saved some money to order couple of items. She ordered size medium by mistake instead of small. When the items arrived, she realized straight away and asked for an exchange, without even opening the items. ASOS said she had to send them back for a refund and make a new order, but the items were 40 pounds more now. I told them we just needed an exchange, but they refused and insisted on making a new order for 40 pounds more, or wait until the items go on offer !! While of course the returned items will be sold to other customers for the new higher price. She did not have that extra amount, so she just had to send them back and not order what she wanted. ASOS have blocked my account without issuing my refund and tell me there is nothing they can do because the account is blocked! What a way to trick money from people! Avoid at all costs. ASOS provide poor quality, faulty clothes and then block your account without letting you have your say. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and they were so quick to block me for no real reason!! Terrible customer service! Stay away!

Don’t waste money on the delivery fees because I paid an extra 7£ for next day shipping just for it not to turn up at all. The customer service is utterly pathetic, you only have an online live chat which means you mostly get automated responses. I personally would not recommend buying online from here - save your money, effort and time

i ordered from ASOS they sent me the wrong sized item and i was told i couldnt do an exchange i had to return the item then re-order it and it takes 10 days for order to be returned fully to my account, then i re-ordered the item again to recieve the wrong size again and now told when i have sealed it back up with a return label that i also need to send them a pic of the wrong size and if the bag isnt sealed properly after i have opened it again then i need to pay for said items if they are damaged on return. not great customer service for goods or returns.

Bought a bikini from ASOS - had to buy the top and bottoms separately as this was the only option. Quality very poor and the first time I wore it the bikini top broke - wire poking through the fabric into my chest. I had already worn it so unable to return. I contacted ASOS who agreed to refund the top but not the bottoms as "they are not a set"?! The bottoms are now unwearable as they don't match anything else I own, and the thing that frustrates me the most is the inability to speak to a rational person who understands that this stance is ridiculous. I will never be shopping with ASOS again. I've never encountered such frustrating and deliberately obstructive customer service.

I dropped off the items on 23Dec 2022 and Asos received them on 28Dec2022, after opening a dispute on PayPal and several emails back and forth, Asos finally accepted to refund the amount according to the last email on 20 Jan 2023, but they didn't! I have the tracking number and everything. I’ve been their customer for several years and this time is not even their first time. Each time I have to contact them for fixing their refund issues. I'm not going to buy from them anymore and won'recommendthem to anyone. And also will write this review in every possible space to let others know how disappointing Asos is! So unsatisfied!
