Ordered an items they didn't have in stock but had listed on their site. After 2 months of waiting I requested a refund. Still don't have it even though they said they processed it and now I had to go through my bank which takes 60 business days. Horrible customer service. They promise to update you by email but never do. The customer service answer your requests whenever they feel like and in most cases the information is not accurate. There are a lot of horror stories about these guys. Just read the other reviews to see what they do to people. Stay away from them!!!
