Disgusting way to treat a customer

Petts4homes are extremely disgusting in how they deal with issues. They need no proff for any allegation. I have used them
A lot with my litters and had an issue with a customer wanting a deposit back but she breached the contract and the deposit was non refundable I have been fair yet the woman has threaten me and said she is goin to blackmail me so I made Pets4Homes aware of this and they replied very nicely however 2 wks later they must have forgot this and the lady has now made a complaint and they have took my adverts off I have done nothing wrong I even had my vet and the kc backing me up. Think it's disgusting how I have treated and am not prepared to let this go now and I will do my best to report Pets4Homes to whom ever I need to
