ZERO RESPONSES from adverts placed on gumtree, seems like the majority of people now avoid them and who can blame them, gumtree are now the low life of classifieds advertising on the internet. And, the creeps that run gumtree try to charge stupid amounts to advertise on a site that no longer works. Let's hope in 2015 they close down as they are no longer needed. Do not waste your time with them

I have the same problem. Never had a response from sellers on gum tree. Personally, I don't believe they receive the messages.
