I started with gum tree easter 2014 nothing but probleams with them taking adverts off i call them they said its done in error and will put them back on within 24 hours they didnt must add my company put 250 adverts on all removed with no reason and no refund you try calling and hard to get to talk to someone then you try live chat get fobed off we cant deal with this on chat this company needs reporting its ripping people off left right and centre lucklily i paid paypal and opened up a case for every advert still dont hold my breath avoid people !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had similar problems with ads being deleted, the staff are just s-c-u-m, not interested in a good service It seems that advertisers and buyers alike no longer bother with them, they have such a bad reputation, I would not want my company to be linked to them,

what is wrong with them ? gumtree is a sicko site, very rude and in general not a site to use, buyers and sellers alike. They delete adverts without reason, they never tell you, it is run by complete Imbeciles who clearly hate their customers

Paypal are part of the e-bay gumtree group, you need to complain, contact either VISA or MASTERCARD with your complaint and make an official complaint to the FCA
