The best advice out there!

A brilliant site which stocks the best products. The thing that really makes a difference, though, is the personal touch. The staff give the best advice on what car seat or pram, etc. would suit you best - they are amazingly well informed and really seem to want to help you and make sure you buy what's best for your personal situation - not just sell you the most expensive option! They're happy for you to visit the showroom and look at all the different options, which I think is invaluable when you're buying something like this that you'll be using every day, and probably spending quite a lot of money on. If you visit, they'll really spend time with you, so you can see what it feels like to use the pram or carseat, and have all the extra features explained to you in detail - brilliant, and something you really miss if you buy online without getting a chance to try things out first. That said, their online ordering service is also really good, and the prices competitive.
