Bad products, bad service

Product came faulty with splitting holes and green ink on the stand, shabby quality of mattress.

Customer service offered to replace the stand, I didn't want this product as the mattress looks like it's falling to bits but have to pay the return fee ? He stressed to me the mattresses are the same everywhere, which isn't true.

He begun to get very aggressive even though I explained 3 times that I was due to give birth any minute and to please let me finish my sentence, he carried on to be abnoxious, repeatedly saying "what does you being 9 months pregnant have anything to do with this" and wouldn't let me finish my sentence. I must admit being a Chief Executive of a leading management company this has disgusted me, and quite frankly seeing the reviews it seems like it is not just me who has experienced this.

If your ok with faulty products and to top that off an unhelpful unreasonable staff and policies then this is the place for you but I sincerely hope whoever is reading this review doesn't buy a product from this site.

I purchased my Moses basket from eBay, I should have checked the reviews of the website first'!
