I had never heard of Lesters Nursery World before. I knew that I wanted a Maclaren Quest Sport buggy and shopped around on the internet for good prices. I found that Lesters had the most competitive prices on the model I wanted which enticed me in. They also had a great variety of different designs of the buggy I was interested in, so I ordered it. I emailed them the same day to find out when it was likely to be shipped, and to my delight, I was promptly advised that it would be with me the next day. They did not advertise when the delivery would be, so I assumed it would be a couple of days. It arrived in the morning the next day, and was perfect. My 6-month old son loves it, as he can have a good old nose, and I love it. I hate waiting for deliveries, and I hate bad customer service, and Lesters did not let me have either. If you’re looking for a pram/buggy, deal with Lesters if you can for fantastic value and fantastic customer service. Thank you!
