The product (a rain cover for a Baby Jogger buggy) was described as if it was an authentic branded product but turned out to be a 'compatible' item.

When I contacted the company to complain they were rude and unhelpful. I had to pay to return the fake product before I could get my refund.

I'll never buy from this outfit again.
