Buying as grandparents we were amazed at the quality and ease of use. All of the components, car seat, carrycot and buggy are so easy to click into placd and interchange. Very study frame and so easy to put up and down, using one hand if necessary. Includes lots of extra zip pockets on the hood, large basket for storage underneath and a changing bag. I purchased the Icoo Pluto 11 and the original one I received had a wonky front wheel, despite me not getting into contact with Kiddieko for 3 months the customer service I received from them was the best ever. After sending them an email describing my problem, they arranged for a replacement one to be sent and the collection of the original within 2 days!! When purchasing I thought everything was excellent. I loved how it told me about ordering by a certain time what day delivery would take place. However, Monday I received an email saying delivery would take place the day before the expected. Which was fine, however it didn't so I was stuck indoors all day waiting for it. I have taken Mrs Smith's class as well as hosted my own for 20+ women and I can dtlinieefy say it is worth the 2 hours as opposed to countless hours spent researching the many, many websites on the internet. I have spent time on certain money-saving websites browsing for hints and tips to make my extreme shopping better and I can confidently say that if I had not taken Mrs Smith's class and was trying to figure everything out for myself, I would be completely lost and confused and would have given up by now. Spending $15 to save $1000+ over a 3 month period seems worth my while, don't you think? It's not simply taking the class with Mrs Smith she takes the time to build a relationship with her students and makes sure to follow up with them and provide them with essential tools to be successful with the extreme shopping method.
