DO NOT BUY FROM KIDDICARE!! I sent my quinny back to be repaired because the button had a fault, after a day I recived a message to say that it had been fixed and they will contact me to return the buggy to me! But this never happened. I spent a month chasing the buggy calling and emailing all they did was passed me onto someone else and promised call backs that never happened. In the end they admitted they had lost my buggy and gave me a voucher to spend online, but because of the length of time (7weeks) I bought a new buggy from mothercare who have fantastic customer service! And I found it impossible to spend 200pounds on kiddicare website because this is my second child. I am now fighting to get my money back, all I get is unanswered calls and emails and when I do get an email back, all I get is that it's not possible for them to give me my money back. Sorry for the inconvenience. I have spent so long phoning and emailing them but don't get anywhere. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.
