Went to the Lakeside store in Thurrock. Wanted to get a new car seat, so potentially an expensive purchase. No one came to help, all people in uniform deliberately avoiding eye contact, when eventually managed to speak to someone was told to take a ticket and queue just to ask a simple question. Informed by text message we would be seen to in 70 minutes time. To ask advice? REALLY? Went to customer service desk to avoid having to wait so long to find out if the product was at least in stock to justify the waiting time, very unhelpful attitudes and answers. Will be avoiding at all costs in future. Kiddicare has lost a customer.
