I purchased some items from Kiddicare at Enfield. I have no issues with staff in store but the aftercare has been awful! I discovered an item was £53.99 cheaper at Toys'R'Us so set in motion the price match farce. This involves not being able to call anyone but simply sending emails, which can be ignored at will, until I assume the preferred outcome is that the cheaper item has sold out so the price match is invalid. I did eventually get a response which simply states someone will be in touch on the phone to complete the refund. Still waiting. And waiting. And waiting. Bit the bullet and called customer services as the previous email was from them. Any help? Of course not, "that's a different department" Avoid Kiddicare at all costs, their price match isn't worth a thing. I won't be making the mistake again.

Spoke too soon...unsure if it was a bad review, a snotty email I sent or suggesting they were trying to avoid giving me the refund but they did eventually come through. Happy it's been sorted but will still think twice about using Kiddicare in the future, unless I'm 100% sure they're the cheapest or I complete the price match in store at the time of purchase.
