We visited Kiddicare at Lakeside, staff very helpful (credit where it's due) but even they admitted that Kiddicare's instore & online systems were in a mess as they could not take our order for a Cotbed.
We then tried to buy it online but could only buy it in a set (turns out you can buy it on its own, so we were mislead).
When we did got the Cotbed set, the Cotbed had a bad dent in it, the wardrobe was poorly manufactured with defects & the changing unit was also damaged. Kiddicare did send replacements, some of which were more badly damaged though!!
Although Kiddicare did reply quickly at first, they kept trying to palm us off onto the manufacturer but when pushed, they started to ignore our emails.
In the end we stated we had contacted BBC1's Watchdog programme (which we did do), but we received an email which appears to scoff at the mere mention of Watchdog.
Our problem is still ongoing with only one item in need of replacement
..........FOR A COMPANY THAT SELLS TO PARENTS TO BE THEY SHOULD BE AWARE OF CAUSING UNNESSARY STRESS !!
Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN KIDDICARE !!
