Great service for us buying our first pram and furniture. The girls were extremely helpful with all our questions - it was very busy in store when we arrived and they apologised for our wait and couldn't of been any more helpful. Luckily we had been in previously and didn't need to have full demos of our pram - however the systems were very slow the day we were in and each member of staff we had dealt with had explained the systems were slow however did not spoil the service and we were in and out the store in around 20 mins.
My only negative would be that there was not a lot of staff on the floor in the furniture section and there was a queue despite the girl calling and requesting more staff to come and help her.

Overall great experience and service and would definitely recommend.
