Attended the store to purchase a pushchair after seeing that they stocked it online. When I got to the store I spoke to 2 staff members who were pleasant enough, but had absolutely no product knowledge. They told me the model they stocked was an old model so didn't suit my requirements turns out this isn't the case, they just didn't know enough about it to be able to demo it or offer any advice. I explained exactly what I was looking for and again no attempt was made to demonstrate any models. I have a small car and a previous visit to the store the employee checked measurements and placed folded pram/pushchair to check sizes. I will purchase the pushchair online from another retailer instead. I left the store empty handed and certainly won't be returning for anything. Not the same service I got 8 years ago when purchasing my sons pram that's for sure.
