We bought a pram from them, a Stokke. It broke, but was covered under warranty. We phoned the manufacturer, Stokke, and they informed us that in this situation Bambino Direct should fix the pram for us. We phoned Bambino Direct, and asked them to fix it. They said that they would usually honour the warranty, but they had been acquired by another company, and therefore would not honour the warranty. Given they still are allowed to operate under the trade name Bambino Direct, I don't understand why they should not honour warranties they have previously given. Explaining it to them is no use -- their customer service is terrible, and they refuse to help, even though it is their legal obligation to do so.
