Ordered pushchair from this company via website, next day checked delivery status, company gone bust. No communication or emails. Had to contact Sage Pay to inform them of situation as they were unaware, yet taking transactions for them. Website still saying that they are improving the online shop site!! Ordered an item on Baby Days website which was due to be delivered within 5-7 days. On the 7th day Baby Days decided to call and tell me the item was out of stock. I only ordered from them because of there quick delivery. I also checked their website after they told me the item was out of stock and they were still saying it was available - bizarre! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!I ordered high chair on 17.09.2012 which should be delivered in 3-5 days. They kept deley that and promise it will be send soon. Finaly on 5.10.2012 I got a letter that they went to liquidation and have many debts to bigger companies so I don't realy have chance to get my money back. Fortunatly my bank has insurence in case of such situations and I wouldn't loose my money. it's disgusting if they are still trying to trick other people! (read more)

Great pushchair and great price (best I could find). The pushchair came in the delivery range stated but had to chase to communication that it had been despatched. When I emailed, the response was spot on and fairly quickly received. I would use them again and recommend. (read more)

Delivery times stated on website very misleading. Had to wait 3 weeks for delivery. Website indicated 3 to 5 working days. Also money taken before dispatching goods. When refund was requested they said it would take 28 days. So they take your cash immediately before sending your goods and can't refund you immediately. (read more)

Very pleased with the baby days direct service needed to add to my order which was no problem very helpful. The out and about pushchair is fantastic and a great price.Its light to push even one handed,great for country and towm,lots of storage space and good raincover. All round super pram. Also if a small boot car the wheels just clip off and on and folds down very well for an all terrain pushchair. Did get a puncture in the first week but no fault with pram just bad luck. I purchased my buggy online from Baby Days Direct. I was very happy with the service. I was informed that my product was not in stock at that time of ourchase and was kept informed of the whole process. I received e mails letting me know that the buggy was in stock,when it had been packed and collected by the courier and the date of delivery. I found babydays direct the cheapest for the buggy that I wanted but due to unforseen circumstances I decided to cancel my order before it was dispatched. I am still waiting for a refund 27 days later... I have sent many emails, none of which have been replied to. Very disappointing customer service and despite their competetive pricing I wont be using them again or recommending them. (read more)

I asked for a great deal - that my order was delivered within a very tight window, and Babydays were brilliant and got me my new Phil and Teds in time for our holiday - thank you! Also despite various problems on my side they stayed helpful and courteous, for which I am very grateful. The price was lower than I found anywhere else. One part of my order wasn't able to be delivered on time, which was a shame but as it was just the raincover and we were holidaying in the sun it wasn't the end... (read more)

Placed an order for a car seat, and decided to cancel it after 5 days as I had found the seat elsewhere, and the order had yet to be dispatched. Baby Days Direct agreed to refund the order, but rather frustratingly decided to take 28 days to return the money. I think this is rather slack, and so have awarded them 2 stars. (read more)

im very happy with my zapp xtra pushchair i recieved but, i was sent an email saying it would be delivered on either 2 days so i booked the 2 days off, it never turn up so phoned the next day to be told that the email should not of been sent and that it would be a further 2 weeks wait. i wasnt offered anything for my lose of earnings or that i had to wait to weeks,which i was not told on day of purchase. I ordered the britax b-agile stroller from this website which as it was in stock promised to be delivered in 3-5 working days- great it would be delivered in time for our weekend away. I got two e-mails, one to confirm order and one to say the product would be dispatched within a 'short time'.Five days later I received another e-mail to apologise for the delay and that the stroller would be dispatched 'within the next week'. Prices on this site are very reasonable but the delivery time is very poor. I purchased a Graco Petite Bassinet Travel Cot and am struggling to find fitted sheets that fit the mattress for it so I have had to opt for flat sheets but they are going to be massive, but saying that the item is lovely and a good size. AVOID THIS COMPANY, USLESS! I ordered a ICOO pushchair from here in which iv have had 2 problems with, 1 the wheels and 2 the back rest as it sits so far back on the highest level my some has to sit up with no back support or sit back he ends up slouching! Got in contact and they said they would pick it up. I did wonder if anyone would bother to call me back but the next day I did receive a call with an answer to my query. Having ordered a pushchair package offer and some seperate items - paying for next day delivery. The next day arrived - no item. When I rang to enquire it had not been dispatched!! I was very disappointed with the service I received. When my quinny zapp xtra didn't arrive I rang to enquire where it was only to find they didnt actually have it in stock. This was the biggest headache of my baby purchases. Ordered a Quinny Buzz 3 and carseat under a special offer together. When it didn't arrive on the specified date, I rung them to be faced with an agitated lady 'standing in' for their usual customer service person who was 'in hospital'. I was as polite as peas but I felt as if I had to calm her down for the fact that they hadn't got the colour option I requested. I wanted a Britax Duo Plus baby car seat for our grandson - had to be this one, as daughter and s-i-l both have same one in their cars, we wanted Isofix and seemed sensible to have the identical one so he'll feel at home in all of them. I also ordered from Baby days direct and because the item was unsuitable I returned it over a month ago and have still not received a refund, I can not access the website to email them and have tried ringing to no avail, they owe me £135 and i'm now worried I won't receive it. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!
