I don't understand how there is no contact number. The site has logged me out with my money still in account it's saying not available when I'm trying to get onto the pink casino site I was a great fan and fully enjoy playing but I'm not sure what is going on. Anyone else having this issue?

I withdrew from this site a week ago. After 5 days of the transaction "pending" they asked for ID which I provided but they said it was "unacceptable" so I sent it again. In total 5 forms of ID and now they seem to have stopped all contact. What should I do? This is really worrying me.
