I saw Thunderstruck 2 at Golden Palace and decided to give it a try. I love fantasy games. I've never played a slot game with a fantasy theme. The graphics are great – no wonder Thunderstruck 2 is so popular. There are 243 ways to win. The way the game is set up, you feel like you're leveling up. It keeps track of your progress. “Golden Palace - Outstanding!”

Do you remember the TV show CatchPhrase? It ran in the UK from 1986 to 2002 and was a hit. I used to watch it with my parents. The game looks just like the TV show. Even the symbols resemble CatchPhrase. The Host, Roy Walker, is one of the symbols. CatchPhrase has 3 bonus games – that’s 2 more than most slot games have. In the bonus games, you can win money, free re-spins and a multiplier. My favorite bonus game prize is the multiplier – I’ll take it any day over the other two.... (read more)

Hit Man was a great video game back in the day. Now there's a slot game called Hit Man – I saw it at Golden Palace. You play "Agent 47", a professional hit man who knows how to do dirty jobs. The storyline is adult – no kiddie fantasy slot game here. Hit Man has killer action for a slot game. The graphics are slick and the sounds are cool. The game has 5 reels and 15 paylines. I saw Scarface at Golden Palace and had to give it a try! The 80’s movie was a classic – you can’t beat Al Pacino with a machine gun. And who can forget the machete scene at the beginning. Anyways, the game has all of the symbols you’ll remember from the movie. The best part about Scarface is the bonus game. So cool! You get to replay the last scene of the movie where they’re attacking Pacino in his Star Island mansion. The bad guys are climbing the stairs and you have to decide... (read more)

A friend told me that Golden Palace has Comp Points – just like in Vegas – so I decided to give it a go. Every time I play, I accumulate Comp Points. Every point is worth £1. Every spin gets me more. I started off on Video Poker – I love Hold ‘Em. Then I tried Jacks or Better and moved onto Aces and Faces. I love Video Poker! Golden Palace has a big selection. Golden Palace gave me £300 to start playing their games. Why not! The casino looks real nice and they have a huge collection of games. I started with Hulk and the Fantastic 4 and moved onto Live Dealer games. Both Marvel games were fun. There’s nothing like playing roulette at home with a live dealer spinning the wheel on my 27 inch monitor! We chatted in between spins. I wasn’t sure about the Pink Panther slot game. I mean, this cat is pink and my parents told me there was once a movie. The song sucks – whoever wrote it must be on Prozac. Despite the pinkness, the slot game was surprisingly cool! There’s a detective dude, a short humpty-dumpty dude with a moustache and bombs that go off. It’s fun watching the characters spin. Wow! I just played the Fantastic 4 slots game for the first time. It has the coolest graphics on a slots game that I’ve ever seen. Not to mention the 4 (!!) progressive jackpots.
