“Brilliant Service !”

Just want to place on record my appreciation for good service. I ordered the wrong wing mirror glass for my wife's car. Although the car is an 04 model, I ordered the mirror for the later model of car that could also be described as an 04 car. I emailed wingmirror man & received a phone call just moments later. During the call, I managed to identify the correct mirror glass and sent ther mirror back for exchange. This was accomplished by return of post. Mirror now fitted with just postage costs to pay. Brilliant.
