Recently there was a =$950 charge from autopartsshop.com on my credit card. As I didn't purchase anything from the site, I attempted to contact the via their phone number. After calling numerous days at various times , I left messages. No one ever returned my call. More concerning is there's no names, depts,or extensions, when you try to leave a message all it says in a computer voice is this is being left for "pap administrator" I called the credit card company and notified them of the fraud.

it was very easy to find the part I was looking for and easy to check out with paypal

I have very little experience with shopping for car parts online, I usually prefer to get something in-store. However, there was no beating the price I got here today. Most other sites charged me shipping and overall would cost at least 10$ More for the mirror that I needed. Purchasing the mirror in a local store would have cost at least twice as much. Hopefully it gets here soon and intact and then my 5 stars will be confirmed. Offering free ground shipping was a nice touch!

Ever been in an auto parts store or in line at the auto dealer trying to get the part that you need and had to wait and wait only then to be helped by someone who really didn't have the answer and had to wait until the one guy who knew what you needed to know was free. Then only for that guy to go into the back in the parts area and come out with the wrong part. Well don't worry about that here. They have online customer support that is available with the right information when you ask the first time. The only improvement I think this site can do, is help customers find the part numbers off of their original parts so they can cross reference it without you going to look for it. They did their job. I will definitely repeat.

The online sales rep was very knowledgeable and quick to respond back. Drawback is there is no physical location nearby that I could drive to in order to pick up my parts ordered.

I had shopped around for brake pads for my Lexus. I couldn't find ANYTHING under $75 for just the darn pads!!! I found them here for less than $19! Even with shipping, it came to less than HALF of what I had been quoted everywhere else. It was my first time on this site, I simply clicked "add to cart", put in my address and credit card number, and that was it!! No errors, no issues going to the next page, no long wait for the charge to go through, just simply a message that said, "Thank you for your order, and just like that, it's on it's way!!! So much of a load off my mind and my pocket book!! Will recommend to all my mechanic friends, I feel like I found the golden goose!!! Thank you!!

I found this site to be really useful. I found the part I needed really quickly and without frustration. I compared the price to the website I use to order parts from and this was actually cheaper! Guess this is my new go-to site for auto parts. :) The only thing I dont like though, is that 2 day shipping was more expensive than the part itself. Which sucks because I live in the country and it always takes forever to get parts. I wouldnt order this part if i didnt need it...so I wish I was able to upgrade my shipping without paying double.
