I ordered roof bars for my new Citroen Grand C4 in accordance with Roofbox part numbers. When they arrived they didnot fit. Contacted Roofbox to clarify part numbers etc.They were very helpful with suggestions of fixing problem but these did not resolve the problem.
I then checked with Thule and they had the same p/nos.
By this time the "returns period" had expired but Roofbox allowed me to return the items for a full refund.
This, in my opinion, shows that the firm believes in good customer service.
I would not have any problem in recommending Roofbox to anybody. They do a good job with its customers always in mind.
