Iam a fairly new customer and i have to say that i found the staff at Rough Trax to be friendly,polite and very helpfull. i really like Rough Trax's on-line website, the way that when you enter your car details it only shows you the parts for your car only, making finding the right part easy, it also tells you if the part you are looking for is in stock or not. I also found their delivery service to be very good,everything that i have ever orderd has always turned up on the correct day and within the time slots given. Faultless service from Rough Trax, the web site is good and the products are well described and listed. Ordering is easy, delivery is excellent. They also sell good quality products that have been selected for quality rather than cheapness. The radiator and steering rack bushes I ordered are not just cheap copies of the original parts but genuine improvements in design over the originals. I have no hesitation in recommending Rough Trax.

I've been dealing with Rough Trax for years and thy never disappoint . I recently ordered service parts for my '93, 3.0l TD Surf , and using the newly designed web page was a pleasure , if a little time to get used to it. Parts at great prices and parts that have been sourced to keep my truck on the road. With 350,000km on the clock, I would not go anywhere else. I would not trust other parts to fit my truck as I know that these parts have been track proven. I've been ordering lots of bits for my 1987 hilux- They have all been available, easy to find on the website and reasonably priced. All 4 orders arrived on time and are well packed up. Finally the parts are of good quality and known brands- they are good replacements and fit for purpose. There's one thing not listed on Roughtrax for my truck and that's a key! I've found everything else i need though. Would recommend.
