Gosh that sounds familiar. My enquiry was answered within a few minutes and had a quote for the parts. Ordered them. Wrongs parts delivered. Tried to call company but no reply . sent email and got this reply from PG.
Hi, We must inform you that “Salford Vehicle Spares Ltd” had their account with PartsGateway terminated on Tuesday (parts enquiries stopped, PayPal link removed & login details changed) due to an influx of non-delivery/ non-refund related complaints (now 13 in total in just 48 hrs). We can only assume you paid by card rather than bank transfer (which we advise you throughout the site not to), so should SVS not come good on their promise to refund all customers (we understand their card machine will be unblocked today, Thurs 02/10) upon return of the lamps, then we strongly recommend that you contact your card issuer to put this purchase in dispute with them and recover your monies that way (or you could of course keep them and sell on ebay for example to ensure you definitely get a £return). We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience/ distress caused, and wish you a speedy resolution to your satisfaction. Should you have any further issues, we are assured that by an SVS business partner that their landline will continue to be answered. With the sincerest apologies once again, PartsGateway USER SUPPORT
