My Tyres were fine but the agent that I used, Elite Tyres at Mannings Heath were simply awful. They don't take bookings so I turned up Friday afternoon at 14:30 but the wait was 45 minutes. I was advised to come back Saturday morning at 08:25 which I duly did. They too 1 hour and 25 minutes total to change two tyres. This same job on the same car took 30 minutes with Halfords last year. I explained this to the not apologetic receptionist who stated that they didn't wish to scratch my wheels. Funny that as Halfords didn't scratch them either at less than half the time. What scares me is if I had all four tyres done at once!!!!! I'd say go to a garage that portrays care and gives an efficient service. That's not Elite.
