Purchased front set of adventurer shockers so impressed with the improvement to the ride and to some extent the handling of Mitsubishi Animal that purchased rear set to go with them , customer services corrected my mistake on order of rears , cannot fault the quality of product , service and delivery . Would recommend Monroe shock absorbers to anyone

The staff were excellent, when I had a question about the product suitability for my old car they advised me who to contact with their phone number. I purchased the levelling shock absorber kit which was supposed to be on 10 day delivery, it arrived 48 hours later, the price was cheaper than other suppliers including Germany where I sometimes go for spares.

It was great to find a major online retailer still selling these quality parts (for a car that is now 17 years old!. All that at a good price with quick delivery - the car was back on the road in no time at all!

I bought a pair of Monroe front shockers for my cars MOT but unfortunately they didnt come with a protection kit which consists of the two expandable rubbers that fit over the exposed chrome piston to stop the pston getting groved with grit and eventually losing oil through the grooves which was the reason i was replacing them in the first place so there was no way i was fitting the new ones without them. The kit was very expensive from the motor factors so i checked everywhere i could for a cheaper price and lo and behold Monroe themselves were the cheapest and with superfast delivery i'm glad i checked with them. I will definitely use again if i need to.

I can't fault them in any way.they claimed to check the prices on the market.but I did myself anyway and they were right.speedy delivery,less than 3 days.monroe is the name I can trust when it comes to non-racing car suspensions. Good service overall.

I ordered 2 x Monroe rear shock absorbers for my 07 Ford Transit then after I placed the order, I sent an email asking if they could be delivered on my day off. Purchased all four struts and springs for my mk3 mondeo. Delivered very quickly, and postage was free. Just under £350 for the lot which I thought was a bargain. All prices on the website where inclusive of vat and postage which is great. The website is great for ensuring you order the correct parts for your car. The reflex shocks also have a 3 year warranty which together with the great price was a reason I opted for monroe. Overall very happy with my choice.

Quick delivery and correct product all tho for that money I would expect fittings for abs wires to be attached to shocks. That is quite big let down for 389 £
