I was desperate for x2 gaskets having been let down by another supplier. I only wanted genuine pets so contacted them to check they were genuine and in stock. They confirmed they were so I bought them. Shortly afterwards they emailed me to say they had no stock. Emails were full of sarcasm and clearly they couldn’t give a t0ss about their customers. No apology for lying to me only hours early. Once they had my money they expected me to be happy with cheap aftermarket parts instead. I wouldn’t trust them to buy a valve cap. Awful service.

I bought a set of mudflaps for a Discovery 4. They didn't fit properly. They looked like cheap chinese copies. Paid £77 for mudflaps. Paid postage for return. Only received £29 refund. PayPal no help at all.

Defective Roof Rails, after fitting took car to be valeted where the paint started flaking off. Very poor finish. phoned to ask what they could do and was fobbed off. poor quality products meant for a 4x4 that can't take a bit of jet washing plus terrible customer service. Even after sending pictures still no resolution, with feeble excuses, blaming others rather than resolving the issue. from working with manufactures myself can tell that the paint/coating is poor and hasn't been applied to withstand the vigour's of washing a car! Definitely will not be using this company again as any problems you will be fobbed off!

Ordered a part in February 2019, part arrived paid a reputable garage to fit it, the part was faulty, had to order from elsewhere the pay out another lot of labour, getting new part fitted. Contacted LR centre (dealt with a man, one word.... Rude) sent part back to LR, they took a month to get it tested and confirmed it was faulty, asked how I can claim back the wasted labour, the person I dealt with passed me from pillar to post for 3 months, then offered me £50 back, the labour was over double than that, he seems to think part can be changed in 10 mins, when in fact its half a day job, at £60 a hour! has refused to reimburse me even though the part was faulty, the rude emails sent by him is ridiculous.... customer service stinks, so now I'm off to small claims court and will be claiming alot more, please avoid this place, read reviews are alot of complaints....

Been buying all my land rover parts from lr center, lr supermarket, lr parts and what ever other names they go by. I saw a part online and rather then wait for delivery i drove down to the shop only to be told we don't have any of them. The part was £22 and i was told the only one we have is £58, so i asked what if i ordered it online? He said "you wouldn't of got it do you want this one or not" Lost all trust in them now and will be going to overlanders in future
