I purchased a replacement engineer for a VW polo from Ideal Engines.... possibly the worst decision I have ever made. After waiting almost 3 weeks (after being promised delivery within 4 days)I received the WRONG engine. They didn't seem to care about their mistake, and I had to wait for another week to receive the correct engine, which had very obviously not had the quality tests carried out that they promised.
Not surprisingly the engine lasted for less than 2 weeks before a major problem developed ie: burning excessive oil. Then the fun really began. To my surprise they did agree to replace the heap of junk they had first supplied but unsurprisingly that never materialised. Instead I was just fed lie after lie after lie. They are without doubt the least professional and most unpleasant company I have ever dealt with. PLEASE PLEASE do not use them to supply your engine.

Bonjour à tous les internautes. Attention aux Français, qui seraient tentés d'acheter dans cette entreprise. Ne faites jamais de virement bancaire. Un ami de ma fille a payé 1300 euros et n'a jamais reçu son moteur. Ce sont des escrocs.
