“Terrible company”

I ordered a car battery through this company. Used the system where you enter the registration number and the site gives you the appropriate parts.

I received the battery and it was incompatible with my car. Called them, only to be told they;

A. won't deliver an appropriate battery and remove the other one
B. won't come and pick up the wrong part, despite the fact it's their error.
C. expect me to return the battery to a store, even although I explained that without a new battery my car wasn't able to move
D. pay to have it delivered back to them. No couriers accept car batteries without charging upwards of £100.

Idiots. It was your error. Don't expect me to fix it for you. Never use.
